Lifesaver Carbon Monoxide Alarm / CO Detector.

This apparatus is designed to protect individuals from acute effects of Carbon Monoxide exposure. It will not fully safeguard individuals with specific medical conditions. If in doubt consult a Medical Practitioner.

A Carbon Monoxide alarm is not a substitute for a smoke alarm or a combustible gas detector.

Locating your CO alarm:
The manufacturer recommends a CO alarm be installed on each level of the home – ideally on any level with fuel burning appliances and outside of sleeping areas.

End of Life Notification:
Provides a minimum of 7 years of continuous operation. Afterward, this device will automatically alert you that it is time to replace the alarm.

Replacement Batteries:
Duracell MN1500, MX1500, Gold Peak 15A, Gold Power GLR6A or Energizer E91.

 

This carbon monoxide alarm meets the following response times:

• At 50ppm unit must alarm within 60-90 minutes
• At 100ppm unit must alarm within 10-40 minutes
• at 300ppm unit must alarm within 3 minutes
